You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or the platform infrastructure.
• Use the service to transmit harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform.
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.

Decision Sidekick and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including decisions made based on AI-assisted Decision Intelligence content. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You use the platform at your own discretion and risk. The final decision — and responsibility for that decision — always belongs to the user.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Dashboard. Upon deletion, your personal data and decision history will be permanently removed from our systems. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
