What is Decision Sidekick?

Decision Sidekick is a Decision Intelligence (DI) Platform — a new category of software that combines Artificial Intelligence with human-centered decision science. Just as the industry has established categories like Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Intelligence (BI), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Decision Sidekick is building the world's first Decision Intelligence platform for everyday life.

Decision Sidekick integrates AI with emotional awareness, respects human judgment, and is designed specifically for human decision-making — helping people think more clearly, evaluate options, identify risks, recognize emotional influences, and make more confident decisions. The final decision always belongs to the user.

Every piece of data you create is protected by Row-Level Security enforced at the database layer. Your decisions, analyses, and check-ins are only accessible to your authenticated account — no other user can read or modify your records, even if they know a record ID.

Authentication & Sessions

We use a secure, platform-managed authentication system. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Session tokens are managed securely and expire automatically.

Isolated Backend Execution

All server-side logic runs in sandboxed, isolated environments. API keys and secrets are stored in encrypted environment variables — never in source code or accessible to users.

AI & Decision Intelligence Processing

Decision Sidekick uses AI as one component within its Decision Intelligence framework — not as a standalone chatbot or advisor. The AI is constrained by human-centered decision science principles: it is non-directive, non-judgmental, and designed to enhance — not replace — human reasoning.

The content of your questions is processed by AI models to generate your structured analysis. We do not use your data to train AI models. All AI-generated insights are for reflection and decision-support purposes only and do not constitute professional legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.
